Forwarding agent (m/f) - clearance national land transports
We are hiring
Forwarding agent for the dispatch of drivers and transports
as well as shipment registration in full time / alternating shift 8.00 - 17.00 h and
12.00 h - 20.00 h
Your main tasks:
- Entry of shipments in the forwarding program
- Truck dispatch and coordination with the truck drivers
- Sending & receiving the shipment data
- Support of our customer service & the dispatchers
Your profile:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a commercial clerk for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) or you have
acquired the required knowledge by working in a forwarding agency for many years. - Experience in dispatching would be ideal
- Your handling of the common MSOffice products is very confident
- You are characterized by good teamwork and communication skills
- You are reliable and work independently
- You have a very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
